Today the
Christian Science Monitor
published in their Culture section a story dated September 17, 2012 telling us that Elizabeth Smart has married in Hawaii. Up at the top of the
article, just below the headline, they tell us that she was married on Saturday.
Next, we see a photo of Elizabeth speaking at an event to draw attention to the kidnapping of Holly Bobo. The description next to the photo reads as
follows... "Elizabeth Smart, who survived her kidnapping as a young teen and works as an advocate for missing children,
was married Saturday.
Here she spoke on
Aug. 27, 2012 at Scotts Hill High School, from which missing Tennessee woman Holly Bobo graduated."
From other Google searches you can find that Elizabeth is scheduled to be in Tennessee this week speaking at various events to bring awareness to
child safety and specifically Holly Bobo. You can also find that the words of today's Christian Science Monitor article were originally published by
Reuters on February 19, 2012. Word for word. The Reuters headline was "Former kidnap victim Elizabeth Smart marries in Hawaii".
Elizabeth Smart was married seven months ago in February 2012.
Today the Christian Science Monitor apparently wants you to pay attention to the Holly Bobo story.
Does anybody have any interesting ideas about this??
