Is this website American based?

I'm just wondering because of all the Vote 2004 and stuff.

The founder and owner of the site is British, although most of the staff seem to be American.

Look again.

Other countries that staff come from, in no particular order, UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, The Netherlands, Aruba. It's an international board but the US election is news that effects a large part of the world, thus the coverage.

Gools, those are not members. Those are visitors. I suspect that that pie chart would be slightly different if it were actually about members.
