Strange Wormhole Portal Appears Over Arctic Facility?

This video show an amazing event above the Arctic' sky. According the "You Tube" this phenomenon was appeared above an Arctic Mining Facility.

Strange event reported this week about a possible portal or wormhole, appearing over an Arctic Facility. Phenomena was witnessed by multiple people, who seem unshaken by the event, as they claim this kind of thing happens all the time in that region.

Some claim its a natural event, while others have stated they believe it to be a military weapon of some kind, possibly HAARP related. Phenomena lasted about an hour before disappearing. It looks like a craft to me and they're transporting minerals or something from the mine, or dropping it off, depending on whether its theirs or ours, and we have exotic mining operations in the solar system, and some are in conjuction with them and some black ops are in the solar system.
