It appears to me that the author of this linked puff piece, cherry picked at a recent study presented in the"Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences" and then our OP cherry picked that.
Googling latest in global warming debate presents us with a plethora of conflicting information. We can sift this information to better understand our situation or filter it to prove our predispositions.

I agree with that 100%. But why switch from getting raped by companies and polititions for the price of fossil fuels, just to get super raped by the greenies for the necessities, you know fuel to drive to work, and grow and transport crops, not to mention, they really want to severely limit electricity costing potentially billions of lives, for nothing more than a lie.

Can you say cap and trade? The stupidest ponsie scheme ever, that does nothing but hurt the entire populous of the world. Or demanding we all drive hybrids or electrics, that use more energy in coal from the local electric plant than gas guzzler SUVs, not t mention the effects of the batteries on the environment, commin and going. Or their severely limited ranges. Not to mention the fact they cost like 4 times more per unit of travel vs cost of ownership, that isn't even factoring replacing the batteries, which can become paperweights if they ever get fully discharged, costing more to replace than buying a new gasoline or diesel vehichle.

I could go on all day, but it is pointless to complain, if you don't have any better ideas so I will simply stop there.

Oh wait not yet, one more thing, ethanol......worst idea ever, it costs 2 gallons of gas worth of energy to make one gallon of the stuff, and it isn't even better for the environment. This sint even including the added cost to food as corn is in everything, and taking out billions of tone raises the price wholesale....supply and demand....

You're right and yet you are also so very wrong.
The Gore carbon footprint theory was an early attempt to divert attention and resources away from the actual problem. At that time scientists were not really sure what was happening, they began to figure it out when data from the 2007 launch of GRACE (Gravity Recovery And Climate Experiment) was analyzed. What they discovered is staggering.
You see, we humans have absolutely no role in deciding the planet's future, our ancestors found that out the hard way and very soon we will too. The current crisis is simply an ongoing and repeating cycle, all part of the Earth-Moon-Sun system dynamics. Solar cycles, modified gravity and geophysical changes are all part of the process and we have done nothing to cause it, unfortunately there is also nothing we can do to stop it.
The imbecile who thinks this is actually GOOD for the planet isn't some paid disinformation agent, he is just a scientist trying to interpret and make sense of the limited data that is filtered down to him. No single individual, or group of individuals, has access to the resources, equipment or data necessary to connect the dots. Everything is compartmentalized by design.

Right you are. After further study, I find that the stat oil ad is tagged to this article.
However I also find that the writer of the piece, Will Parker, wrote 9 out of the first 10 of the articles I checked on the website., and from what I can gather, Mr Parker is a website developer and not any kind of knowledgable source on global climate. I still find it interesting that the major ad on this page is from an oil company

So just because Global Warming is a crock, it's ok to give corperations the go ahead to curn out millions of tonns of polution "because it dosen't actually do any harm"?

Here in Gippsland Victoria. Australia, one of our Politicians "Ted Baillieu", has just announced his plans to give the go ahead to do just that, with the introduction of one new Brown Coal Power Station (instead of the promise to replace the one we already have), to complement the one we already have. Three new "Super open cut", brown coal mines and a new rail link to a new massive refinery and super port, to be located in one of our "former", marine parks. He's loweing the carbon tax threshold to allow giant corperations the ability to deliberately polute our air and waterways at will with no repercussions.

He is also halting all environmental projects, sacking 98% (thats not an exadutation either), of the regions biodiversity staff within the DSE, DPI, Parks Vic, East/West Gippsland cantchment management Athoriy and nullifying the Endangered species list, to allow developement in formally protected zones and also removing the "National and State", park titles across the region to open up the native bushland for "Large Scale" logging operations.

So maybe global warming is a sham, but dose it give us the right to continue polluiting and destroying the environment in every other way.

It seems that you keep asking why for the cover- up...

My stock advice normally...invest in global warming and doom and gloom stocks. Bad people are making a ton of money off misery.

Even if you don't know stocks....go to Stock sites and to the News and what kind of stocks they're advising on...you can actually look into the future...but you have to know the companies and what they do.. Most are described in articles.

Through all the years of asking I have yet to see an answer to this question:- CO2 is 393 parts per million, that is less than one half of one percent of the total atmosphere, just how can so little have such a huge effect on the rest of the atmosphere?

Here's a thought, just how many human beings were around when the last ice age stated to thaw? how many power plants? how many SUV's? how many jumbo jets? how many logging companies? how many chemical plants? how many..................

This Global Warming theory has once again hit the mainstream media but this time, again, it's a case against the idiotic theory. We all are aware that there were larger animals during the times of the tropical dino periods. For a long time the global scientists have refused to talk about the dinosaurs in relation to Global Warming. Did that religion also not have dinos? hmmmm. Don't make fun of the creationists for not believing in dinos when you refuse to talk about them too!

Now, it seems that a report coming out finally realizes that warmer temperatures are actually GOOD for this planet and that it will NOT cause mass extinctions!!!!!! Rather it would cause plant and animal population booms! Saving any credit these mainstream scientist expect to keep they backtrack just a little bit and add that THIS study does not conclude that the rapid changes in the environment are good for species of today. It is simply a long look at the history of all species on this planet.

Which I believe in conclusion proves once and for all that the Global Warming theory is bunk! Animals and Humans will find a way to adapt if the climate changes as rapidly as we think it is.

I am literally amazed that this report has not generated too much noise. Why is that, you have to wonder? Since the democrats have mostly moved on from the Global Warming scandal and into a new one, "gay marriage," one has to wonder what is up with the literal silence here.

They have time and time again ignored geological research which shows that past temperature increases have always come before not after increases in CO2. Al Gore’s movie states the exact opposite of what the geological record show because otherwise that data would make no logical sense to fit the scheme.

It is not just the politicians who are responsible for the problems we have now. The whole scientific community is also totally bought and sold by the money changers. That tells why and how the world has become the way it is now. The truth seekers have become the prostitues of the TPTB. Do you hear?

If you ignore the mathematical and the physical truth, there is nothing to trust in the world. Who said Truth will set you free? Mathematical truth is the ultimately pure form of the truth. According to that study, we are supposed to have free energy in total contrast to the hundreds of years old existing paradigm. The alleged carbon dioxide causing global weather problem will become non problem immediately. Global funds needs to be spent on the research of the free energy exploration. Gagged and bondaged scientists are the most miserable creatures in the world.

As a Pagan myself I'd rather that you did not associate a bonfide religeon and way of life with a bogus tax scheme thought up by a megalomaniac narcissist. Regardless of what a person believes is responsible for Global Warming...it is happening. The U.S. Military is aware and planning as the U.S. Navy had intended on replacing the Nimitz Carrier to be refitted and used as an Arctic Ocean Naval Carrier Group as there will no longer be any Northern Polar Ocean Ice Pack and this will open vast shipping lanes that will need protection.

Yea the OP seems to be ignoring the fact that us humans rely on the current ecological chain for our survival. The smallest change in that could wipe us out. Sure other species would benefit from global warming killing off its competition but it would most likely be game over for us.

My favorite argument of all time is "look, the oil companies are paying for this site to further their agenda"

Oil companies want to keep polluting the Earth, that is their agenda. Everything that they pay for will be spun to make their pollution of Earth look like a good thing. It has plenty to do with politics. The Fuel companies are in bed with the Governments of the world which is why the Governments of the world allow the fuel companies to charge like wounded bulls. Kickbacks to the Government to help fund their campaigns.
Why else would they allow price hikes leading up to weekends and public holidays.
Furthermore here in Australia we now have a Carbon tax even though a large % of the population doesn't agree with it. This will also drive up costs in fuel, basic food, transport etc. And who benefits? Well the Government sure will just as the Fuel companies will as well.
We'll never know what tax the big corporations are going to pay in Carbon tax, I am sure that will never be disclosed.
We have already seen 100% increases in Gas & Electricity in the last few months, and you say it has nothing to do with politics.
