Still remember this: 2009- EU starting five year project for EU-wide monitoring

A five-year research programme, called Project Indect, aims to develop computer programmes which act as "agents" to monitor and process information from web sites, discussion forums, file servers, peer-to-peer networks and even individual computers. Its main objectives include the "automatic detection of threats and abnormal behaviour or violence".

So, soon enough this should carry some fruits, and whole of EU is under surveillance. The best question in the article is "Who needs this". And naturally the answer is: "They" ...

"Abnormal behavior" - I wonder what is the normal behavior these days. Just in case I'd need to behave like that...
