ive always heard the saying. "God doesn't make straight lines". those "mountains" have clear cut sides, its ridges looks pretty straight from peak to ground.

i could see one or two "straight ish" sides from wind. but its seems to have at least 3 straight sides from some of those pics.

I'm kind of a "fence-sitter" on this one. I've seen straight lines that God has made, so it's possible they are natural structures. But, at the same time, I think about the theories of geological pole reversals and that would have made Antartica more of a temperate zone and it would have been possible. Also, the pangea theories could attribute to it as well.

I wouldn't rule it out, but not sure I fully support it just yet.
