Did all the Watcher's fall? Or do some still exist in an un-fallen state?

Dont know what yer numbers mean......but i always thought that Azzazel and three hundred other watchers fell from grace....but not all the watchers did......That said maybe try looking online in the book of enoch?
this book (left out of most modern bibles, tells much of the story as he was the fallen ones lawyer......

Last time I worked on it I crashed a main frame trying to calculate the number.

your title 'did all watchers fall' well it depends on who's account you read some state all watchers fell as god was displeased with the defilement of the essence of the angels by engaging in sexual acts with human women and sharing secrets but some accounts say that 1/10 where not punished (didnt fall).
