Military Helicopters To Train Over Twin Cities, urban-environment training?

This is still ongoing, and what seems to be like a swarm around here at times, not just over Minneapolis but also St. Paul. I watch just the other night five different black hawk helicopters do what seemed to be night exercises, with spotlights. They look as though if they are very concerned about formation and team work. Never any mention of those camo's on the ground in this article. I see them running around at the same time. Just a heads up everyone.
Many believe they are training for social unrest and I am inclined to believe this.
