Out Ta Get Me is a song by the band Guns N' Roses and represents Axl's hate towards the law enforcement. Just as any song, this song held a lot of significance in the societal structure of which it was written. I feel however, that this song still provides a lot of significance in today's society. Perhaps more, considering the increased laws pertaining to law enforcement and other agencies.
