Based on the professional divers' account (and it's the only qualified account we have so far)
Lindberg says a documentary is being made about the seafloor anomaly....
and he's saving some juicy details for the footage. "We're not telling everything," he said. "We will reveal some quite interesting things in the documentary."
and I personally feel Brüchert has a big mouth saying this is "not unusual".
Professor Bruchert also received a single loose piece of basaltic rock from the divers, which is a type of hardened lava. “Because the whole northern Baltic region is so heavily influenced by glacial thawing processes, both the feature and the rock samples are likely to have formed in connection with glacial and postglacial processes. Possibly these rocks were transported there by glaciers.”

And as long as you get people putting up threads on this totally overhyped "discovery" you are going to have people challenging them to provide any sort of indication that this is one iota related to aliens or UFOs.
Challenge them all you like, it's of no concern of me. I haven't even mentioned aliens, you have. But please stop accusing the Ocean X Team of things they haven't done or said. Verify the facts you have at your disposal and stick to them and you'll have my respect. Spread unproven assumptions around and I'll be there telling you they're nothing but assumptions.

So how is a "professional diver" (and treasure hunter) suddenly an expert on geology? And yet you are deriding the scientific assessment of the rock samples provided by the professor of geology who is so far, the only QUALIFIED professional opinion we have on anything from the site.

What accusations? They are the ones who have posted an illustration that makes an ordinary rock formation look like a giant pristine spaceship as a background wallpaper on their site.
You are obviously just trying to keep this pointless discussion going by your assertion that it is me who is spreading "unproven assumptions" when it is obvious that the "Baltic cowboys" are the ones who are hiding the facts about their discovery in their refusal to respond to the assessment that the rock formation is an ordinary glacial deposit.

“The documentary will be ready for the market in March, they are still editing it at Titan. But I can’t imagine that any DVD version will be on the market until the documentary has been broadcasted. It is usually the way it goes. Maybe a DVD version will have some extra material, we have to wait and see.” and Stefan Hogeborn:

The ONLY reason he said it could be a rock, or volcanic rock, to be exact, is because it was BLACK. That's all they know right now as they have not publicly admitted to retrieving a sample! (obviously if they did retrieve a sample and found it to be volcanic rock, then it would have been admitted long ago and probably multiple uniqueversities would have a chunk of the retreived sample to verify and validate the findings, and if they found it to be manmade or something else that wasn't boring, they would just say they had not yet been able to retrieve a sample)
Why was it again that they said they could not retrieve a sample?
All they know is its something black, so they are just guessing that its volcanic rock. They don't even know if its rock, metal, the shell of some long dead creature....etc x infinity...
The fact that it remains UNIDENTIFIED, and seems somewhat saucer shaped, and has a long drag mark to the side where it looks like something landed, admission from the expedition team that it had an effect on their electronic equipment similar to what has been described in many UFO encounters reported, and other reasons I could list, give it more than enough criteria to go into the Alien/UFO forum, as well as a number of other forums, for those who find themselves wondering about that particular aspect of this thread...
To me it looks like...hmmmmmm...I dunno...something that should not be disturbed. Examine it all you want, but do not touch. We can scan a star or planet to find out its elements...there must be some way to do an xray or something without touching it.
Honestly if its the only one we know of, there should be some sort of protection, at least in a legal sense. But we simply must know what it is! I can't believe its taking this long!
