Ufo caught on tape in Fort Wayne?

Anyone any idea what it could be?

There were also sightings in the Cleveland, Ohio and Chicago, Illinois area.

It appears to be a plasma trail on something moving far slower than space junk or a rocket booster -
Not only is the speed indicative that this is not a meteor or space junk, the observation that it seems to start turning slightly towards the end of the video also points to a plasma trail on an aerospace vehicle with some intelligence behind the stick...
