Yep Ozzy still alive but Randy Rhoads died at 27 also, the greatest Guitar player of the 80´s...so sad

I know this is waaaayyy off topic but does anyone else think (young) John Mayall looks a lot like Dave Grohl?

I will comment on the whole 27 "curse" that has been talked about a lot...If you look at how many musicians were famous before that age, as well as note the amount that used drugs, especially back then, the fact that only that many died at 27 is quite staggering imo. Glad you enjoyed the thread....................I can think of many other so called rock stars who could have been added to the cover of that magazine from that time period, could probably have filled the back page as well.........cheers

Yeah, you can also add Rudy Lewis (The Drifters) and Alan Wilson (Canned Heat) to the 27 club..............werid eh!!
