I Had To Keep Going To Sleep Just To Wake Up ?

Looks like a false awakening dream to me if im honest. en.wikipedia.org...

Use to happen to me a few years back, I would wake up in my dream looking forward to the day, get my bag ready and prepare breakfast like I always did, not aware that I was dreaming. My mom and dad would come out and whilst everything seems normal something was not quite right.. suddenly my dad picks up a knife and begins stabbing my mom/me. I scream, realise its a dream pinch myself and 'Wake' up.

But I havent woken up, I just think I have. I get out of bed and go to my moms room happy to be back in reality, see she is turned around facing away from me, feeling content that Ive woken up I go up to her but suddenly she turns her head and she has the face of an alien/demon. I scream, run back into my room and pinch myself over and over until I awake. If im lucky next time im Awake It will be in reality, sometimes the process could happen many times or awake not in my house but in a burning bulding/ car thats sinking in the ocean etc.
