The Libertarians have filed suit in Arizona to be included in the Last debate and for tax payers money not to be spent on ONLY two candidates when there are others on the ballot.

We feel the field needs to be leveled one way or another

I think it would be neat if there were 3 people in the debate.

A little off topic, but I was wondering if Badnarik actually got arrested on Friday and if so, does that impact his ability to run for President?

Too early to convict him of anything other than standing behind his word. He's OK.

Last night I saw the views of the socialist party, the green partie and the libertarian parties on TV last night they were answering to questions I must say I did not like the socialist candidate but the rest were pretty good and their answers were the type of answers I wanted to hear in a candidate even my husband was very impress with them.

Yes he did its just the media blacked it out just like they do any mention of the Libertarians, that is the reason behind this and several other lawsuits

I have to agree. There is no way Fed money should be spent and have a restriction on who participates. That is about as 'unamerican' as it gets (at least in theory).

I look forward to hopefully seeing anyone who wishes to join in the debate.

I would love to see a libertarian in it, it would bring something new and different to the debate. How is Badnarik in the polls compared to that of Nader?

Its hard to tell the media polls are not allowed to have his name listed but on the other polls he runs at about 3-5% not much but thank what he would WITHOUT a forced media blackout.

On almost all if not all networks people are being forced to sign papers stating they will NOT mention the Libertarian party. None of the Polls mention them. We are the THIRD LARGEST party and are on all but two states ballots does it not seem strange you NEVER hear them mentioned on say CNN, MSNBC, FOX,etc? We are ahead of Nader even still, buy the non-media polls, isnt it strange you hear about Nader everyday?

This has been covered on several other threads just run a search and you can find them

My posted link will take you to some info on it.

Well the judge ruled somewhat against us, we cannot get into the debate but we CAN sue for damages.

What is sad the lawyer for the big two said they would cancel the debate before they let Badnarik in.

I cannot believe they are that scared of the Libertarians

It is pretty rediculous. I think all parties should be able to debate. I want to know all of my choices, not just the two with the most money!!!!

Yes they should all be able to debate. If the big two parties had nothing to be worried about I doubt they would be fighting tooth and nail to keep the lp's out.

This is one party that is more American then the gop and dnc. Funny how a party that wants American's to be a free people is being censored by corporate media and the big two parties that claim they want the same thing, but in the same breath show us just the opposite.

If you want to know your choices start researching on your own, stop being apathetic and trusting towards corporate media. You'll never get the truth from them, there will always be a twist to their points, all you have to do is look for the partisan spin and you'll see easily who's side their on.

Badnarik is leading in the polls against Nader. And he's not even on TV!!!
There is obviously another outlet and i'm going to say it's the internet.

http:www.badnarik.org gets more traffic then bush's site and kerrys put together...
