Documentary on Obama in Theaters

I did a quick search but because of the movie title, the results were very varied. There is a movie titled 2016 about Obama, and it's in Theaters. I will probably head to the nearest one and watch it soon.

Watching the video, I still have no idea what it is about.

Obama's following his father's dream to downsize the American Gov't? What? What is this nonsense someone's calling a movie? Anyone know what it's all about?
