Oh look, it's the typical yank victim mentality.

You ask "why do Australians hate us". A yank would never, ever bother to find out about the foreign policy decisions their dictatorship makes to find out why they are hated, it's easier just to point the finger.

I just want to add (because one of them came along) is that the Aussies who hate on Americans on ATS so loudly, can sometimes be what you term liberals who wish things in Australia were different but understand that American trends affect Australia. They are political idealists who attack America on emotive grounds because that's how they feel they have the most impact.

I actually believe this addresses the OP

They are not representing Australia at all. They are dissenting and using Americans as a tool for their dissent.

I really don't like self-indulgent, media-empowered, emotionally stunted people like that.
Australian culture is less like them than you think and I see America's culture resembling this aspect of Australia every day. You are just a bit more tolerate...

Meh... the Aussies are just angry at us because we live in a country that isn't trying to kill us. Down under even the snails will kill you within two steps if you touch one. It's scary!

For the record, I have plenty of Aussie friends and if they hate me... they don't bother telling me about it.

I think other countries have a generalize idea that isn't fully understood or stated.

What I mean by that is I think that people from other countries just wish the you-s g-v would somehow settle down.

Like it's always drama. There's the drama queen of the world:

battleship Maine - spanish war
wwi. Illustration of the sinking of the Lusitania
ww2 - pearl harbor
veitnam - gulf of tonkin incident
Iraq 1 - kuwait incident
okalahoma city explosion
9/11 - drama fest to cause iraq2 and Afgan

There's just a few examples. DRAMA DRAMA DRAMA, all clearly false flag operations. IT'S SO OBVIOUS. People are seeing right through this garbage. they understand it all now. So they're looking at the you-s g-v with the idea like "whats' wrong with you guys" why can't you just get along? Why do you have thie obsession with causing wars and domestic false flags continuously?

Do you actually think you're g-v hasn't lied to you about all these and so much more??? You got to wake up before the tyranny it ends right on your doorstep.

Like it's rediculous already. No other country even comes close to all these false flag opps. People aren't that dumb, they wake up eventually and realize how messed up that country is.

I'm not saying the people. They're great people. It's the g--v that's totally and completely foocked up big time! People are getting annoyed at this, it's literally a decease in the world that people have to put up with. At some point you call a spade a spade plain and simple.

If you believe in Eugenics, well that explains everything about Aussie land. Aussie land wasn't started as a Colony, but as a Penal Colony. So the early bricks of Australia where everone from rapist's to the homeless, what do you expect children from those people to produce?

But as per your little observation, America was tricked into World War One. It wasn't the sinking of the Cruise liner, but rather british intelligence that Germany was trying to form an alliance with Mexico to invade America to prevent America from ever entering the war.

As history show's, the british willfully lied because they where about to lose the war(british are getting as bad as the french).

Pearl Harbor was not a false flag, granted FDR did antagonize Japan, and granted Japan was butchering ten's of millions of Chinese people at the time(America always had a close and friendly relationship with China due to the boxer rebellion so we didn't take kindly to that, see flying tigers), and trying to conquer all of Asia(something the US prevented the Empires of Europe from doing before hand).

And Kuwait wasn't a false flag either. Saddam did invade Kuwait; you can argue if he was told America didn't care or not, but the invasion happened. Leftist's lazy intellectualism is perhaps the number one reason I despise them.

Why blame America for what has happened to your country? This is my point. Do your people have the gonads to make its own decisions? I would like to believe that. America gets blamed when you trip over a stone. Open your eyes, vote for those who can make judgements on their own. America does not force you to do what America feels you need to do. This is your own people and your own government officials voted in by you.

Yes you do. There is ample evidence that America forces nations to do what it wants, be it via personal black mail(spying on allied politicians) or economic warfare.

America absolutely will ruin a country if it does not toe their line.

This notion that everybody is just choosing to be friends with America, it's BS. There is no choice. America is a bully that domineers over everybody else, even her allies.

Thank you for the fiction. Now here is the real reason The US entered WWI :-

The US had huge economic investments with the British and French. If they were to lose, then they would not be able to pay the U.S. debt back (amounting to about two billion dollars while Germany only borrowed a mere 27 million). If the Allies could not pay back all the loans made to them by the American bankers, the US economy could collapse.
France and England were financing their war with US loans. In addition, they were buying massive amounts of arms from the US on credit. The US wanted to make sure that it got paid back. Germany also purchased arms, but in a much more limited fashion.

From personal experience though I will tell you who does hate Americans.. The Poms. Maybe because yous kicked their ass in a civil war or something.

Or because Europeans are better educated than Australians? If Australia wasn't somewhat of a second-rate America, filled with right-wing rednecks, you'd perhaps feel the same way towards America as people in Europe, Asia and South America do.

Alas, Australia cannot be removed from Americas testicles.

Europe hates america, Australia hates america, he middle east hates america.
Yet america still believes its number one when it comes to everything.
Constantly trying to prove this desperately.
Was so annoyed a while ago when Obama came out and said america invented the internet what a cheeky bugner!
Then, at the Olympic opening ceremony, when they rolled out Tim berners-lee I was like yeah f**k you america you child

It breaks down to this.

Aussie Footballers play without helmets.

American Footballers play with helmets.

Aussies think they are more manly because of this.

American Football is more popular than Aussie Rules.

That's it.

Yup.

It's that simple.

You are absolutely right, except for your last paragraph.

America doesn't have "allies", America has temporary business interests. The second they see the chance to make money off of anything, especially the suffering of innocent people, they move in. A good example is Iraq. They funded, armed and all but fought Iraq's war against Iran, but they had no problems invading Iraq in 2003.

The Atanasoff–Berry Computer (ABC) was the world's first electronic digital computer, albeit not programmable.[23] Atanasoff is considered to be one of the fathers of the computer.[24] Conceived in 1937 by Iowa State College physics professor John Atanasoff, and built with the assistance of graduate student Clifford Berry,[25] the machine was not programmable, being designed only to solve systems of linear equations. The computer did employ parallel computation. A 1973 court ruling in a patent dispute found that the patent for the 1946 ENIAC computer derived from the Atanasoff–Berry Computer.

But in fairness it also cites:

The first electronic digital computers were developed between 1940 and 1945 in the United Kingdom and United States. Originally they were the size of a large room, consuming as much power as several hundred modern personal computers (PCs).[1] In this era mechanical analog computers were used for military applications.

Since I doubt any Aussies are angry about who invented the Internet, however... Back on topic we go!

I'm an Aussie by birth and I quite like the Americans I have met (including one president, George Bush Senior).

But I have also worked for Gough Whitlam's brother and lost money in the Bankstown Credit Union that was funded by the Nugan-Hand Bank (a CIA money laundry).

I value my democratic rights and feel rightfully upset when they are abused with the connivance of foreign agents.

So, I don't really dislike American people, I do dislike the American system of control applied against me and those I hold dear.

Anyway, I live in New Zealand now and Kiwis like Americans less than Aussies. Its probably because they can "smell the uranium on their breath"
