OP!! S&F!!! I had what some would call a religious experience listening to this man! He really had some profound statements that were nothing but solid truths! I would only hope that many more people would listen to this guy and take a look in the mirror!

Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it. There is some powerful words in there for those that will hear them. I think many will become agitated by it and more will watch it and when it is over, they will close the window or move on to the next topic and forget what they just heard.

I'm gonna have to get a copy of this book The Iron Web. Looks quite cool and this is where the speech comes from. Sounds like my kind of book.

Great video. Not only for those who are not yet awake to the con, but also for those who may fall back asleep from time to time.

Nicely put speech. I liked comparison with past regimes, it made me think even more about injustice that is happening today.

Just the other day i was talking with two friends and i said to them that in a decade or two NATO will be looked upon as terrorist organization that never should have existed. They of course said that its impossible, we would never allow something like that to happen. But its happening right now...

Thanks for the input folks! I'm bumping here because I want more folks to have a chance to see this for their own edification. There is some really strong opinion in there and then there is some really strong fact in there (or truth, you choose the appropriate terminology).

Facts are for scientist...truths are for philosophers....but they both paint a picture of the human condition.

That is what I thought too....share this...often...we need to wake people up..."there is no such thing as a free lunch"......help me here...this is not intedned to hurt anyone...it is just simple truth.....you never get something for nothing,,,,

The person in this video is talking about contradictions. There is always contradictions when attempting to maintain a state. From what I can tell, he is focusing on the contradictions of capitalist and fascist states; as well as socialist states for that matter. It is good to point out, and understand, these contradictions. Yet, we must look at ways to solve these contradictions or else we are only complaining without taking action. Now, I am going to say something which might make some people angry.

It is liberalism, and conservatism,which prevents these contradictions from being dealt with. Liberalism promotes the idea that it is okay to have contradictions are long as it serves the interest of the individual. Liberalism does not suggest that these contradictions are `good` but it does create a society which will take advantage of these things are long as it benefits people. On the other hand, conservatism would say that it is perfectly normal to have these contradictions due to it`s focus on hierarchy and acceptance that social inequality is unavoidable. In both of these political mindsets, it is impossible to even start to deal with many of the contradictions mentioned in the video.

Though I never saw myself as a conformist, after watching this video I see that even I am guilty of allowing fear to suppress my voice! If any of us does not see this as being true then you are lieing to yourself even if your not as guilty as the sleeping masses cause we can all do more then we are doing now!
I now see Government is a crutch of a weak individual and anyone who perpetuates the lie of government is selfish and lazy!
It's time we stand and represent ourselves or our voices will be overwhelmed by the state of lies!

I wish that more would awake to the injustice that has befallen our specices.

this video makes broad statements with no evidence. every ATS member should be well-informed about spin and propaganda by now. but, this also should be applied to videos like this one.
somehow this sounds like a call to arms for anarchy. maybe i've just grown tired of these, where they don't seem interested in finding solutions, they just want to get an emotional response.

Excellent video! While some of it was hyperbole, most of it had a deafening ring of truth to it.
Although I'm not sure I agree with the implications all cops are bad, some are good, honest people who don't mindlessly infringe upon freedoms of honest people in their community.

Maybe you have a different definition of propaganda than I do but I define it as material intended to sway opinion. Your post, my post, the video... all propaganda. So your use of the propaganda label lacks meaning, imo.

But I disagree with your assertion the video is not interested in finding solutions, I think the solution-finding process is self-evident: raise awareness we are the problem so we can stop and do better. Of course, that is assuming we all agree there a problem even exists.

Institutions are corrupt but we need institutions or we will have anarchy. Of course the government is corrupt. It's run by man. Man is not perfect. This video was made by an adolescent, someone just discovering hypocrisy and drunk on the marvel of his discovery. Does this man have an alternative? Does he have a way to accomplish everything that a society needs to be done to be a cohesive society without ever offending anyone's rights at all? No he doesn't. It's an imperfect world and it's easy to tear down and criticize. That's what the 60's was all about. But did they have any solutions? No. And this guy doesn't either.
