Governments are supposed to be servants of their people
Yet this truth has been reversed
If people are afraid of their government this means they are being terrorized
In this case "The Government are Terrorists"
If I sprayed this statement on a Flag and waved it in the street does it make me a terrorist

Sooooo, let me get this straight. They kick down someones door (who cares what THEY think this new Patriot Act 2 means), they violated these peoples constitutional rights as well as their human rights. They seize books and uhem....black clothing (real threat there), flags etc. AND THEY ARE CALLING THESE AMERICANS ANARCHISTS AND TERRORISTS?

I sense a bad storm coming and the Federal government is bringing it. This is officially the end of, not only human rights and constitutional rights, but individual standards of comfortable living. This is not only slavery and the abrogation of liberty...this is antagonized oppression. For someone to tell you that you can't even wear a certain color of clothing or read a book without assuming that you are going to go blow something up, condemns every military institution in the U.S. as they train recruits on a daily basis on how to blow up buildings and targets and they use books to do it. They can't say that the military is under responsible control either as we can clearly see what the Fed's version of the military is doing to the rest of the world.

On that note: I bet when they kicked these peoples doors down they were wearing (what color?) You bet BLACK! They most likely were wearing masks too...HELLO!!!! Terrorists wear masks!

This is the mos hypocritical BS I have ever seen and would be ludicrous were it not true.

They are trying to paint protesters and political activists as "terrorists". This shows that they know what's happening. People are turning against their failed governments as the economy continues to tank. The government is expecting an uprising of the people and they are preparing for it.

I would urge American's to pay attention to the internet, turn off the TV news, watch Twitter, YouTube and other sites for events unfolding.

The incidents in Anaheim and Dallas recently show a concerted effort by DHS to direct local law enforcement, turning your local cop into a militarized force. They are opening fire with non-lethal rounds and arresting protesters everywhere. Your news is not reporting it.

Thank you!!
---

It's as simple as this.... The government is expecting an uprising of the people and they are preparing for it. Why are people surprised. And instead of standing up/speaking out, we are arguing amongst ourselves...

Our govt' is supporting Syrian rebels;

President Barack Obama has signed a secret order allowing the CIA and other American agencies to support rebels seeking to overthrow the Assad regime, a US government source told Reuters.

link

........but protesting in US is not tolerated.

America is not you and you are not America and slaves are those who choose to be so
The only slaves are those who are slaves to their own fear

Riots for the warrant, criminals used black clothing and had anti-government agendas

I would hardly call those people Americans, true Americans don't act like scum and destroy innocent people's property, covered in all BLACK CLOTHING.

Everyone gets the government they deserve. Indeed, there are members in this thread who have applauded the overkill as being the appropriate way to handle vandals. The United States government is the government that We the People have allowed, tolerated, and even demanded. Everyone gets the government they deserve.

I do so agree with your statement that People get the Government they deserve
It is a Universal Natural Law - We all get what we deserve yet many wish to blame their own dissatisfaction with life on others - it is easier than facing the truth of oneself which is the first and hardest step to personal Liberty and self government

This is very similar to the recent FBI raids of leftist activists in Minneapolis and Chicago.

The claim was supporting terrorists because the activists had traveled to groups in other countries with the groupos put on the terrorist list by the U.S. government.

So I think if the "terrorist" label can be slapped on someone then the Feds can be brought it and international law sure is murky -- the U.S. gets to decide if some group in another country is terrorist and then a citizen of the U.S. can no longer associate with that group? Seems strange.

Whether we as individuals personally agree with the tactics of the activists doesn't necessarily mean it's terrorism. Is it terrorism to destroy property? Usually that's considered vandalism not terrorism.

I was considered a top suspect for property destruction as "eco-terrorism" -- even though there was no direct evidence -- it's just that I had spoken out and conducted non-violent protest including throwing a bucket of red dye onto a white sheet to symbolize forced abortions in sweatshops.

a habitual protester with ties in multiple sectors.

This is how the private firm described me in a pdf report that has the link removed after I blogged on it. haha.

So the group in Minneapolis that was raided by the FBI -- I didn't agree with this group even though I shared the back of a police car with one of the people threatened with a Grand Jury for traveling to another country in solidarity with a group considered terrorists.

So we're talking about attacks on freedom of speech and attacks on freedom of association, among other attacks on consitutional rights.

This smacks of the Palmer Raids against anarchists around WWI.

Consider the recent incident that Amy Goodman describes of a man of Arab descent going onto an airplane while wearing a t-shirt saying "We will not be silent" and it had it in arabic script. The Homeland goons forced him to cover up the shirt and then sit in the back of the plane!!

So then a group of ladies all wore the same shirt and got on planes in solidarity with this individual.

I used to joke that people think we live in a democracy but they've never tried testing that belief -- have they attended or organized "multiple protests" -- if so then they are now identified as a potential terrorist!

It's called "pre-emptive policing".

To stop the crime before it happens.

Most policing used to be after the fact. The police arrive on the scene and then collect evidence after it's all over. Then they have to search for the criminals.

In this case, they prevent the criminals from even committing the crime.

It's the new dogma.

Started with George Bush and his "strike first" policy. To go where the terrorists are and strike them before they get so organized and ready that they can strike home.

The old doctrine was based on the Christian turn the other cheek. Yesterday, we believed in God, and thought that he could prevent a person from doing damage to another if He wanted, so we "waited" to see what happened first, then we acted. But, since Bush discarded that old system, a new policy has been in effect. At the first signs of trouble, move in and prevent it, don't wait for the cheek to be struck, don't let them strike your cheek at all. It's the new religion. STRIKE FIRST.

Welcome to the New World Order.

That's why we have a Democracy in the first place. We will never agree and the only way to have peace and sanity is through an elected government.

The Tea Party as far as I can tell, want's smaller government and less government control. The Progressives want a Nanny State with the government having almost complete control and they having complete control of government. I think that sums it up.

I again have to disagree with you. The tea party, from my perspective, doesn't want smaller government, they just want the government to concentrate on different things than it presently does. Instead of taking care of the poor and hungry, they want it to worry about abortion and gay marriage. Instead of promoting education, they want it to promote that everyone become a fundamentalist evangelical. They want religious rights stripped from every group except theirs and want theirs to be made into national law. They don't want less government at all, they just want to be the ones in charge of it with no input from anyone else.

Basically, they want the government to stay out of their business but to be into everyone else's. It's a very hypocritical group with hypocritical foundational ideas. They very much want the government to wage wars against any nation that isn't "Christian" (their brand of Chrsitianity, not actual Christianity of course), to force women to give birth even if it endangers her life, to put gays into concentration camps and "cure them", yet allow them to do anything at any time with no questions asked. In the words of their "Lord and Savior" (G-dubya-bush)," a dictatorship isn't so bad as long as I'm the dictator".

I have a serious problem with the tea party and find it to be hypocritical, uneducated, immoral, self righteous and basically a disgusting group of people....in my opinion....which I'm still entitled to thanks to living in a democratic republic instead of the dictatorship they would like to have with themselves at the helm.

Yes, these are Americans. This is what happens when the cops bully the public. Who says that Americans have to take this abuse lying down? When the government gets out of control, the public always shows them who is really in charge. This government is way out of line shredding our constitution and creating oppressive and abusive laws and the public reacts either THIS way or by lying down like cowards and letting the police abuse them. This is what happens when you try to enslave a country's people who have enjoyed freedom and are now getting everything taken from them simply so oil companies and International bankers can have all of their money and have total control over them while abusing them and their families. If they don't want this type of behavior from Americans (or whatever you choose to call people who have had it up to their eyes with abuse)...then they shouldn't wipe their @ss with our constitution and tell us they are doing it for our own good. I am surprised that these riots are not country wide by now. Yes, innocent people's businesses get trampled. For them, I feel sorry, however, the government is starting a war with the people and during war all kinds of people...innocent and guilty suffer. It's the nature of the game. You must first blame those who started the war before blaming those whom they have angered to the point of violence. I didn't hear you refer to the blackhanded police force that started this mess in the first place. Why would you automatically side with the very catalyst of this whole situation?

I am sorry, this is the stupidest thing I have heard in awhile. A thought crime? So if someone shot someone because they were paranoid and they just knew that the other person was going to attack them first....even though the other person may have been thinking about how much they loved their family at the time...this makes it right to preemptively assault someone? Who said that just because these guys were reading books that the government didn't approve of...that they were going to go out and blow up people? The military does this all the time, should they not be taken down because, not only do we suspect they are going to use that knowledge for wrong....but because we know for a fact because history has proven this?

Some people look at these alleged anarchy books with the mindset of Macgyver, it's not always a Timothy Mcveigh you know.

Flags and the color of clothes you wear should not be an issue whatsoever. No bearing on how violent a person is. I can't believe the responses that I am getting. Two responses on here just wreak of government forum plants, as the responses in favor of the police for abrogating the rights of the American people and then condemning the American people for standing up to them, is just insanity at best.

I don't need to understand law, to apply common sense, have worked with my hands my entire life.

If you cannot understand something as simple as law it is highly doubtful you can apply common sense.

The constitution is a document we can all read, and I apparently have a different understanding of it than you do. The difference being, I am willing to entertain differences in opinions that you are not.

The posts you've made to me insisting my posts you find offensive only undermine this statement. Of course, common sense would dictate that if you are willing to entertain differences in opinion, you wouldn't find the difference of my opinion so offensive, and yet you have now spent two posts making the declaration that you do find my opinion offensive. So much for common sense.

If law was simple, no one would have to hire lawyers, please consider your own answer. If it was simple, everyman could comprehend it, and lawyers would all starve, this would not hurt my feelings. The posts I have watched you make have been condescending and partisan, anything condescending is offensive, With the violence in the USA at this point, the partisan politics that so many display are offensive as well.

No one has to hire lawyers. There is certainly no law requiring it. What you are clearly doing is equating legislation - written by lawyers - with law. Legislation is not law, at best it is evidence of law, at worst it is flat out unlawful.

If it was simple, everyman could comprehend it, and lawyers would all starve, this would not hurt my feelings.

Every man - of average intelligence or better - can understand it. Do you need a lawyer to explain to you why it is you have the unalienable right to life? Do you need an attorney to explain to you why it is you have the unalienable right to defend your life? Does the infant turn to attorney to make sure their right to speech is lawful before they begin crying? Do you truly need a lawyer to explain this to you?

The posts I have watched you make have been condescending and partisan

This is a flat out lie. The condescension part you can get away with because you speak to your feelings, but it is a lie I make partisan posts and in this thread, between you and I, the only partisan hack is you. You're the one who accused me of being a Republican. I am not a Republican, do not belong to any political party and when several members in this site asked me to join their pro-Ron Paul threads I respectfully declined.
