Looks like a satellite to me.

In my "99 FAQs" [www.jamesoberg.com...] I explain
why I don't think any of those strange dots or objecgts are other satellites
or space junk.

FAQ 35 Q: How much of it is “space junk”?

A: Very, very little, actually – if you use the standard definition of “space junk” to mean other satellites and pieces off of them, which constitute an impact hazard to human space missions and automated satellites as well. Because all orbiting objects are moving at tremendous speeds in different directions, when they do pass closely to each other, they zip past at several miles per second. Thus they are extremely difficult to detect visually. Anything that was seen over a period of time longer than a few seconds would have to have been something closely following the observer, and thus associated with the vehicle from which the observation was being made. Now, that's unless it was somebody else’s vehicle deliberately keeping pace, of course. But "space junk" as we commonly use the term? Hardly ever, maybe never.

It is quite obvious that it is an olympic pommel horse that some aliens jettisoned from the cargo bay of a UFO.. They were probably practising on the way to London where they will be trying to farm some gold medals to take back to their home planet... I would keep a sharp eye on the gynnastics team events ... I f they win gold they could get a lot of gold to take back to Nimburu... either that or its fake!_javascript:icon('

Dude, I got bored with you Camera geek's. Who gives a rats clacker how it was done. As I said probably fake.
But you still want to call me ignorant and that it had to be explained in Layman's terms for me to understand.
Do you think everyone understands cameras.
Mate, for a living I operate a 10 colour Heidelberg Speed-master printing press worth about 1.5 million dollars.
Very high tech. you wouldn't know which end the paper goes in. But I wouldn't call you ignorant just untrained.
Remember that when next you seek to ridicule someone with less knowledge in a certain field.

I think its a Satellite, its definetly not drawn on the lense, as the camera shakes, the object doesnt. It sure looks like a sattelite, the obvious solar panels.

Filmed on a camcorder.....its something on the screen. Either drawn on or stuck on.

The "UFO" is far too sharp compared to the rest of the image....its a HOAX!!

Yes, that's definitely a hoax.
The "craft" should not be in focus, because earth is not in focus.
And both is so far away that a regular camera should pass it's 30 or so meters when everything past that should be in focus, if it is set to film something that far away.

YEs, well it could totally be a satellite. Why someone would cgi a satellite in there is beyond me.

and it appears, to me, to be cg. He's recording with a camcorder from a screen and zooming in on the picture, and getting way too much detail on the "object" compared to the earth behind it.

go watch it again, as he zooms in, the earth becomes pixellated, as it should. Yet, you get nice crisp, almost too crisp, edges on the "object".

Sorry, looks bad to me. As well, why not provide the full timestamp code from the nasa feed so we could, you know, go look at the archives or something.

edit: would also explain why it is sharper than the Earth in the background. Because it's probably relatively close to the camera, at a position where it would be more in focus.

Yes, the object, if in orbit, would be closer to the focal point of the camera than the earth. But, the guy is filming from a camcorder from a screen. it's impossible for him to zoom in on his handycam and get MORE data from the video he's recording it from, as the earth pixelates, so should the object, as, he's not on the ISS filming it, he's videoing a screen displaying it.

It should still be a satellite, but the sharp detail on the zoom bothers me, quite a bit really. I'd prefer to look at the archive from NASA, but like most of these "UFO near ISS" videos, they conveniently forget to include that.

Fake. If you think otherwise, you should probably go to the doctor.

Maybe he is filming off a monitor, but the ISS crews regularly zoom in and out of objects of interest themselves and as you can see near the end the camera pans to the left as well, that surely is an action from the ISS.
