You realize in comparison to their thighs those flaccid members are actually not very small. The guy on the left looks like he's packing some heat. Remember how big these thighs are before you try to judge his flaccid phallus.

It's quite possible these enormous thighs are enhanced but given the training some of these people put themselves through, and the size of some NATURAL body builders I would say it's plausible at the very least.

I've seen worse..

What's not "normal" actually, is looking at a couple of dudes taking a picture together in their underwear, with their pants around their ankles.
