Secret Russian Bases In Northern Russia

A couple of months ago, I came across a website which anounced that secret Russian Labratory'z were being setup on the frozen islands of northen Russia.

I haven't been able to find this site, after countless searches on Google and other search engines.

Maybe some of the pro'z of ATS could help me out !

Its just a nuclear facility..having its bathroom redone by the looks of it. Probably just wanted the latest designs from B&Q, they really like the aqua wall tiles they do.

No shock that the Russians are building secret bases in Russia... where else they gonna build them? Wales?

I apologise for the B&Q reference, but your pic clearly states it is a Nuclear facility getting a new annex... nothing more
