What would the 'New Israel' be like?

I wasn't sure where to post this because it wasn't a conspiracy it was just a question.

But a lot of people have been saying after the Olympics England will become the 'New Israel', but my question is, what would a New Israel be like?
What would be the difference between the current England we live in and the Israel that it could turn into?

as I see, with these situations in the middle east, if Israel again wages a war or does something wrong it will collapse totally ! and UK and USA as the mother and father of Israel respectively should keep Israel calm instead of thinking a new war !
