Dancing policeman at olympic event ceremony!

Yeah the leather pants didn't help his look either. Whats up with cops wearing leather pants? seen that in a few countries now. So weird. Anyways, at least the cop is friendly. Sure beats the hell out of having the LAPD around. Their version of dancing is shooting people with tasers and watching them flail around.

Seriously I've run into friendlier more understanding cops in China (not the tourist parts either) than the LAPD.

I'm all for hot female ETs wearing leather. Or any hot female in leather for that matter.

But with cops it's just a bit The Village People for me. What benefit does it offer? Not much use in terms of armor. Doesn't keep you much warmer than anything else. Probably not realistically going to help out much from abrasions. Doesn't look like motorcycle leathers to me. Just don't get it.

Still though I see no problem with a dancing cop. Like I said better than non dancing LAPD cops.

Yeah.. I don't see the problem.
My brother was once stopped by two cops for dancing a bit on the sidewalk while we were walking and goofing off. They thought he must have been drunk. He wasn't of course.

So I can't really see the problem here. Although it was embarrassing, at least it wasn't him beating someone for taking a picture or something.

Now if you can bring up that your tax dollars paid a couple hundred thousand to send beat officers to dance classes to they could perform throughout the olympics.. I would totally agree with you. I would also suggest that they never took the classes and in fact pocketed the cash.
