China in 2000 illegally purchased from Ukraine the K-55 cruise missile. The weapon can be lauched with either conventional or nukes. Such a weapon is a huge step up in technology. China took the weapon and developed its own version, the CJ-10 which is now in production. If China then sold this weapon to other nations, the US and its allies would be in some serious trouble:

other countries do this all the time North Korea/Iran, buy a weapon system reverse engineer it then mass produce it

Meanwhile the US churns out trillions of dollars worth of weapons towards a war effort. Who cares who sold who what...wra is stupid. The problem here is that these weapons exist to begin with. Lets go back to sords and shields during war time and really see who is the most dominant.

The article says in 2000 the Ukraine transferred the cruise missiles to China.

Sorry but.....5 years earlier they were brought into China and production began way back then:

They aren't the new stealth cruise missiles China's mainly making today.
