Now we have this guy in police custody that doesn't appear to know what is going on...not a clue as to what he's done....

I want to know the exact nature of his "non-cooperation"...

I want a toxicology report...

I want that toxicology report to include screening for scopolamine or other drugs with the same type of effects...

The psyops units, to be honest, are enough for me, considering the history of that area, to make this into a case of "exonerate yourself"...
