any notice the one banner photo thats at the top of the page?

Not the photo changes when you click on forms so it may take several trys to see the photo im talking about.
The photo looks like a photo of the english country side green grass hills a barn . The strang thing is in the middle of the fields is what looks like giant snow balls like the typ used to make snow man but bigger the size of a small house.
Now by looking at the photo it look like its very warm out the grass is green and the few trees have leaves so the question is what are the GIANT snow balls?

Pine Gap, near Alice Springs, employs nearly 1,000 people, mainly from the Central Intelligence Agency and the National Reconnaissance Office. Originally code-named MERINO, it is the ground station for a satellite network that intercepts telephone, radio, data links, and other communications around the world. The facility currently includes a dozen radomes, a 5,600 square meter computer room, and 20-odd service and support buildings. Two of its ground antenna are part of the U.S. Defense Satellite Communications System.
