At the 'Empire' Leicester Square, London.... people had their belongings searched before being allowed in... this was Saturday & Sunday

I don't go to movies very often but if this ever happens I will either find a theater that doesn't have police everywhere or just stop going period. If I really want to watch a movie badly enough, I'll just wait until it’s out on DVD. You can buy DVD's pretty cheap at pawn shops and online. If not I'll wait until the movie is broadcast on TV.

The reason the police was allowed to search people's cars and will continue to bulldoze over people's rights is because nobody defended their rights. The police needed probable cause to search those vehicles. If this happened to me and they insisted they had probable cause, I would have been filing suit to make them actually prove they had cause to search my car.

Until people actually stand up for themselves this will continue to happen.

Well if internet streaming and illegal downloads didn't completely kill box office ticket sales... this most certainly will..

See a movie get strip searched.. no spank you..
