it's just an APC that has protection for the gunner on top of it,
plus have seen pics of modified m-113 with this "turret" if we call it that on top of them

Sho't are Israeli Centurion Mk 3 and Mk 5 re-gunned with an 105mm gun.."

Yeah......there must be a bloody echo in here!

I already stated that it was a Centurian.....seems some people just don't get it.
