You ever feel like you shine?

I have days when I feel pretty blah, and that will go on for weeks usually. Sometimes, I get a period of time when I shine so to speak. I know what's coming, I can feel it. I can feel the song before the radio even plays it, or perhaps I know my friend will call me and sure enough they do. When I shine, I know how to differentiate between the feelings that come from me, and the feelings that come from outside me. It's like somehow I'm picking up little hints about what's manifesting before they have actually become reality.

Yes I know this sounds like a certain novel by a certain author, but there's truth to the idea of Shining. Because that's what it feels like to me, and when it happens I can't help but laugh. I try to make sense of it but then I realize it just doesn't make any sense at all, then I crack up laughing It's like having a foot firmly planted in the astral at all times. Today, I'm shining.

I'm sure some of you know exactly what I mean, and I invite you to share your tales.

ETA: I dig those moments too, and have began examining what in my environment may have contributed to the sensation. Naturally, a beautiful setting outside can induce such feelings. Also helping others can create that feeling. Pride, in a healthy sense brings such a feeling too, as in a job you have done, or a creation of sorts.

i have never had the feeling that i am shining.. but i guess i could say iv had a feeling as if i have a power, or energy coming from me, but that i can only recall happening twice, and that was a very peculiar experience!

but i have had where i can tell if things are going to happen.
the most often thing like this that happens is when i feel like i am going to get a call, or a text, and then i pick up my phone and as im opening it or something i get the call or text haha.. i love it when this happens, its funny.
and i also have felt like i can feel when im about to get a text, maybe its just the anxiousness in me building up for the text or what but i have always felt that a text is about to come, but thats when i try and feel if it is coming.

i do believe that we humans have the capability to tell the future, but for some reason we are just at a state in evolution that we do not know we are capable of it, and that we do not truly believe that we can and so because of that we are not able to.

i also do have the feeling that something is coming!.. i have it every day, and it just makes me think, why am i still stuck having to do the day to day things that are not truly important to life, but for now we are just going to have to stick with what are lives are... but i know for a fact that something big is coming!.. i feel it in my gut, in my mind, and i feel it in my future.. i know something will come, and if it doesnt then, that is going to suck, not because i would be wrong, but because i do not want to live the life i am living now all of my life... i dont think i will be able to appreciate living this kind of life my whole life! haha...

here's an example, whenever im crossing roads i never have to stop walking? i seem to orchestrate the stoppping of traffic as i go to cross a lot of the time, as if it times perfectly with when im going. I met a girl last week, sarah, first time i had met her, she came for a drink with me and a few friend up a hill got drunk, had sex. later in the week i visit a place to apply for admin training course, so im talking to sarah online and i type in, i really wish i had that job, would put me upto like 110 pound a week, ring ring, hi josh received your application for the course yesterday, would like to invite you for an interview, so im like omfgfshbgsvb wtfizzle, further more the course i applied for was the last admin course with spaces on it. this girl sarah happens to also be on that course? now surely slim chances of that? i start on the 23rd, my birthday is the 23rd, who knows just funny occurences i guess :p

I agree with this. Pride is usually the source of my shining.

Or perhaps just catching a glimpse of the way things really work I used to experience this shining feeling all the time, but I started worrying about my pride. I realize now that a certain amount of pride is healthy. Love for self, and what not. I'm still trying to find a happy median between extremes in my life. It's a work in progress though, but I know I'm gradually getting there.

It's all quite crazy, but I accept that.

Lately I feel a great deal of pride resisting my base urges. Not repressing, just focusing the energy into more productive outlets. It hasn't been easy, but I feel a certain amount of accomplishment when my body is nagging me for something and I quell the urge somehow. I don't take much pride from this, because I realize how easy it is to slip into old patterns, but it still feels good.
