I used to sleep like the dead until the birth of my daughter. Now I sleep so lightly, I can hear her breathing in the next room when she's home. And that's WITH sleeping pills. I refuse to let them giving me a dosage that completely knocks me out. I'm too paranoid in this day and age to sleep super soundly.
