Why Roswell is full of what seems to be radar images. They can't be crop circles or targets cause they overlap each other and it seems they are added there later.

I can't say for certain, but they look like they are probably alfalfa fields. Most are planted in what is called a "circle", with an irrigation system in the middle. There are many in this part of the country.

edit - someone beat me to it lol. Yes, that is most likely what it is.

I live within 100 miles of Roswell and enjoying going there every once in a while. As others have pointed out, the green circles are due to circle irrigation systems, in which a well is sunk the the middle of a field, the circle irritation is attached, and it goes round and round.

The half circles are the same principle, but they don't have enough room on the land to do more than make a half circle.

They appear to really stand out because Roswell sits in the middle of a desert, so when water is applied to crops, they really turn green. This picture was obviously taken during a time of drought in which the desert is dead and brown. If another picture were taken today, the surrounding land would look a bit greener because we've had some rain lately.

Besides, the actual crash in 1947 supposedly happened not in Roswell itself, but rather many miles away in the middle of nowhere, but Roswell AAF was the nearest military facility to handle it.

I've always wanted to go to Roswell and visit the sites and sights there.

Unfortunately it's pretty commercialized now.

My mom went there a few years ago on their way to Colorado, she brought me back a "Roswell UFO" keychain, which I still have and a blue roswell hat with an alien head right in the middle, which I dont have anymore

I really liked that hat too
