I think chips are probably my biggest junk food. I like the salt but my addiction to them is really in the crunch I get when I bite into them. Even with crunchy veggies it is just not the same
I love them all, but I could take or leave the bbq kind.

I'm not big on sweets, but if I get a craving it is always chocolate. I love those little Dove dark chocolate squares.

And Oreos. Plain, with milk, or crumbled over vanilla ice cream.

Oooh! That reminds me...Spicy Flaxseed Tortilla chips from Trader Joes...They have so many different salsas that aren't the repetitive industrial / commericial junk that you find in common stores.

Sometimes I'll eat half the bag and try out different salsas and condiments!

I shop at Trader Joe's and they have a guacamole kit put together... all the ingredients; and you make it fresh! I haven' tried any of their chips yet...but I am getting ready to!

Most Ramen noodles have the spice called Monosodium Glutamate in them. It can be damaging to your body but not everyone is affected by MSG. It's probably the reason that you like Ramen so much. Jack Links has MSG in their Jerky and admittingly (I try to promote healthy food, even if it's junk!) it can be quite tasty.

It's also why most people like ranch. Most ranches have MSG in them.

Take $20 and go there (Trader Joes) to buy nothing but 'junk' food. Go up and down every isle. Anyone who does this will be blown away at their unique and affordable choices.

Taste is of course priority one when it comes to every food and in most cases (unless you visit their Tofu section) you'll find that it's also in all this 'healthy' food too.

I like your junk food plan...eat them with healthier ingredients....and once a month. I am going to try that.

I love all sorts of junk foods, unfortunately. Chips, candy, ice cream, cookies. But right now I'm doing good. My main thing is if I'm going to eat something that's not great for me, do it during the day. I don't eat much of anything too late at night. I'm not sure how big of a difference it makes but it's my style.

I like your style. What I do (most of the time) is not eat anything after 8pm at night...that just makes sense to me.

A good cup of tea after 8 is good though.
