Okay, here's a thought.

Imagine a nasty terrorist group plotting an attack on London.

Now they don't need to find weapons.

All they need to do is overpower a small unit of Army manning the rockets, and bingo!

Armed weapons right in the heart of the city.

This case should never have reached court. The Defence of the Realm Act gives the government legal powers to do this, and British courts cannot overrule statue law. They wasted their money, because there was no way they could ever have won.

If their lawyer advised them otherwise, they'd have a claim of malpractice against the lawyer.

Most of the Acts or Legislation the politicians put out is illegal and against common law, though shalt not harm, the soverieign infinite rights of the individual and the constitution. They are hired employees in positions of trust just like a mechanic, paid to fix the car (the car is your liberty and rights, which are infinite), not trash the car.

All legislation and acts should be taken to court, and not just once, over and over and over until the real cannon of true justice fires and the government is down. For only the people can win. They are the employer.

If I was in that building I'd be one of the families demanding they relocate me. And the judge would be served as notice for the breach of trust given, as he too is but a servant/employee of the people, and really big groups of citizens need to tackle the corruption around them.

And with everything said around the Olympics, its quite possible it will be targetted. But, they often have people look one direction, and distract everyone, so they can carry about doing things in other directions.

The UK doesn't have a constitution or constitutional protection, not in the same sense that the US has.

Also, the DotRA (Defence of the Realm Act) has been on the statute books for over 100 years now. Its not exactly a new law brought in by the politicians, and its already been tested in court more than once.
