What the heck?? Wasn't he dead?

Ok, I don't know if this is the right forum but did any of you hear Bob Barker had died around a year ago? I did and rmember it well. I find there's more and more accurances like that. What are you're thoughts on this?

The atricals picture says it happened in 2009, so yeah, bobbie is still dead...

OK, I just looked it up...He's alive...

The old 'The Price is Right' host, Bob Barker, is alive and well He is currently 88.

I had never heard that he had died, so I am wondering where you had heard that.
Possibly, you may have read about his "death" in one of the many internet pranks
that get sent out and about concerning the death of a celebrity.

I seem to have that happen a lot -- I'll hear about someone dying and think to myself "Geez, I thought he was already gone." Andy Griffith was the latest -- could have sworn that he was dead long ago. Though there are those who make claims of "dimensional shifts" and the like, the more reasonable explanation is that some celebrities just kind of vanish off the radar because of their advanced age, and we subconsciously associate absence with death. Combined with the sheer number of famous people dying, it's pretty easy to confuse individuals.

Stumped me too. Could have sworn I head this guy die last year or so.

I remember him dying too!

Ha I thought so too. A quick search says he collapsed at a shooting range due to drug use in 2010. Maybe that's what it was? But it says he was OK after going to hospital.

OP, yeah very weird. I, too, seem to remember hearing somewhat recently (seems like a year or two ago) that I heard about his death.

I think we're getting to the point that all possibilities are merging into a single reality! Yeah, if only..

A Yahoo sear comes up with a lot of results with other people thinking he was dead.

I don't remember Bob barker dying, but i do remember Billy Graham dying a year or so ago, was surprised to find out he was still alive.

I remember hearing of his death as well. I have experienced this more than a few times. I am not sure what to make of it though. Bad memory or something else.

This used to drive me crazy too.
