yes it is part of the baltic sea " uso " ( i hate that term ) dive . if you go to their FB page it is in their photos for the dive . it is part of the stairs they had talked about seeing . their is another pic that iv been trying to post that has a birds eye view of the same thing that shows the stairs a little better but for some reason i cant find it but when i do i will post it . and those are pillars not cannons .
this is a cannon and they are not found with stone around them they are found with wood or nothing around them . if you look at the mid-bottom right of the pic you can see the top step or two . i was starting to get mad at you nay sayers for chopping this story up so much , but , at this point i dont care any more what you all think . they found some thing cool as hell . no its not a uso but it is an old structure . i just dont get why it is so hard to believe . have any of you followed a find like this before do any of you know how a project like this even works . it takes a lot of time and international and maritime laws they have to deal with on top of all sorts of other bull , like getting the right people to fit the find as to give it the right credit . again they even know their not the right folks for the job , but , their the ones that found it and their the only ones their . and quite a few people have given good money to have their names noted to being a part of the first explorers of the find and their say has a lot to do with how this all plays out as well . this thread is in the wrong forum by the way OP . if their are more pics of the dive that they are aloud to show id be happy to post them for you . at any rate i am a HUGE fan of this find " as you can tell " and will keep fighting for their work so you all will be seeing a lot of me here defending them . or at least trying to educate on the subject .but then again maybe im the radical dumb a88 that has a low comprehension level ' which i think is what some of you are getting at " that should just let this go . you might be right , youd be the ones to know , being that im me and i think im right , so how would i know .

This is getting interesting as that is not a natural formation.If that is made of stone it suggests an ancient structure but when on earth could it have been built considering its in the sea?

That picture CLEARLY shows a man made object either a pillar as you suggest or a cannon, or something else but definitely not likely to be man made. Which makes the finding more confusing and somewhat contradicting with the latest updates from Peter lindberg. According to the latest updates from Peter Lindberg they don't know what is down there or if its man made. Finding those pillars would clearly indicate its man made.

However, I don't think that picture is from the USO /UFO site but rather another picture of another dive in the Baltic sea uploaded by a non explorer team member. The picture was uploaded by Thomas Karlsson with the following caption

This is others divingpics from the Baltic Sea, notice the darkness and compar that too the bright pic of the circle objekt?

Notice he says " This is others divingpics from the Baltic Sea" which can mean any dive site in the baltic sea and not the USO site. Secondly he says "notice the darkness and compar that too the bright pic of the circle objekt?" meaning he uploaded the picture to do a demonstration of how dark its in the baltic sea between the two sites.


In addition the facebook page is not solely about the baltic ufo dive site. The FB page is for the The Ocean Explorer team which includes other sites they have dived at. For example the following picture is one of there other dive expedition where they made a butt load of money from finding these champagne bottles.

Look familiar? Its just another shot of the above (you can find that exact image too by searching).

Its from a shipwreck called Mars and have nothing to do with the "Baltic USO". So the image that look like a cannon among wooden debris, is actually a cannon among wooden debris. Imagine that!

Not that it matters much. In a couple of days, we'll probably see a new topic with "BREAKING NEWS! BALTIC USO IS A MUSHROOM WITH CANNONS, FACT!!!"

This thing has to be the most overhyped, uselss "discovery" being regurgitated time and time again on ATS right now.

awesome , so i did get people to finally research some things before they post .... good job fellas . it just gos to show that even if you are a skeptic their is a small part of you that thinks its some thing other wise you wouldnt have done the research . no this pic is not part of the dive as i had stated before , i was fishing for people to look at some thing other than this page before they post . even if you dont believe in this dive and are only researching to prove me and others wrong at least people are looking at some facts now and not blindly posting on the subject when all they know about it is what they read on this thread .thank you all for playing .

Is it a rock? I don't see a rock. I see an object that might be a rock, but on the other hand also might be something else.

Ahh Sure, or you jumped the gun because you wanted to believe so badly that you ignored to verify your facts.

BTW if you intentionally post misleading information or flat out lie in your posts not only are your comments irrelevant but you can be considered a troll. Not to mention the dis-service you do to the community, by posting incorrect information purposely.

They claim to not know what it is as of yet, so we should give them the benefit of the doubt.

However, due to the amount of or lack of information that has been given, its also only fair to abstain from making any claims of what it is. However, we can speculate on motives and the longer they drag it out the more it appears to be a marketing ploy to get additional funds via the documentary,investors,or tourist .

I think its fair to assume that if they don't announce what the object is or what they speculate it to be by the time the documentary comes out, than its probably nothing of importance and most likely a natural formation.

On subject.. I think that we are looking at the remains of an ancient city washed over
like the Atlantis tale.

They have also taken big personal bank loans to finance the expedition. Have a hard time believing they had done that if it is a hoax. There is a documentary produced by a swedish production company. Maby they own the rights to the media. Everything costs money and there is a great deal of planning the dives . Be positive ffs and lets hope there is something fantastic they found.

Small update, the "meringue"may be a door.

Absolutely embarrassing, unprofessional and annoying.

One year after the discovery, they were down there, now the SECOND time.

All we get is a couple pictures of some rock and a blurry video showing an opening - last week there was something about a bottle in the hole.

No one knows ANYTHING more at this point as we knew a year ago, the number of pictures, sonar scans, videos etc. is ridiculously low, non existent - amateurs with a camera would possibly be able to produce more evidence what this this thing really is.

You do not make TWO expeditions with divers and equipment - and then still entirely unable to produce more photos, details...or at least get an halfway idea what this thing is, what material it is built of etc..etc..

Those people should admit their incompetence and stop this circus of releasing "non information".

I know i sound harsh, but after such a long time and already the second dive expedition i think i am allowed to say this.

I expect that if they released all the info , no one would go to see the documentary !! But you would at least think they would feed us a few more bones though to keep the momentum going !!

^^^ so much for the "OMG , it failed every electrical element".. By the way I have seen more convincing rocks in lakes while swimming than this crap... These kind of things are the ones that makes us UFOlogists look delusional
