Looks like Big Brother to me.

Well, I suspect if it was made by humans with boards, it is meant to look like someone specific and famous at the time of creation...however, if it is suggested its made by ETs, then it would be created to look generic enough to where it fits nobody perfectly, but detailed enough to where everyone would see someone they might liken it to...

To me, it looks like a male face..otherwise, it can look like 300 people I know of..from bush down to keanu reeves.

If that youtube video is correct, it is an interesting case..but something to consider about (with the disk decrypting.)
1) how do they know english?
2) how do they know how to do our encoding?
3) if they learned our language and tech, why do they talk "yodaesque"?

Not that it points directly to a hoax mind you, they could be engineering our culture and/or monitoring our basics..just leads to more questions frankly (taken at face value).
