Naked guy under influence goes crazy on streets

This happend yesterday, yet another guy apparently under influence getting naked and running around the streets. Being tazed multiple times he keeps going. Could this be another case of bath salts?

You are aware that the Miami face eater had no bath salts in his system, right? (most likely none of the others as well)
So don't assume THIS was ANOTHER case of bath salts.
