I had to change my eating pattern recently back to a more strict intake of food during the day. I noticed when I ate 3 or more big meals a day that
my stomach would get hungry quicker and hurt me more by making me feel like i'm starving. I would even wake up after 5-6 hours of sleep with my
stomach in pain because it was hungry again. Also my heart burn and acid reflux has gotten worse since. So to stop this early morning pain of
starvation and overwhelming acid burn all the time, i'm going to go back to eating just 2-3 light meals a day. While fasting mainly in the morning
and gradually eating throughout the rest of the day. I remember eating only once a day and never getting that incredible starvation feeling. So,
knowing this only makes me wonder what people with huge guts must go through on a daily basis. They are the ones sucking down our resources at an
over whelming rate!
