Just thought I'd throw out an update for those interested, still no power, we ended up having to get a hotel room. It could be worse for us, there are people in the area that are on boil water advisories. It's looking like we will be without power until Friday unfortunately.

And for those with snarky comments, let me please clarify that the title of my thread was tongue in cheek, I do not think it is the end of the world currently, and understand that storms and mother nature happen so no I'm not fear mongering or star/flag mining.
