Not at all! I understand Obama isn’t the only one to do it.

What I meant was we’ve been eating his executive orders for 4 years, so it’s time the left ate a few.

Mitt Romney will issue an executive order that paves the way for the federal government to issue Obamacare waivers to all fifty states.

Does this grant an exemption for Insurance companies from dropping kids off their parents insurance? Can they no deny pre-existing conditions again? Do individuals not have to pay the penalty anymore?

OR...does it just grant the STATE the right to not set up exchanges...which screw over the residents???

He wants to grant the states the right to craft their own health care legislation; pick and choose what they want; if anything. The federal government has no business in health care…..NONE!

It's not specific at all...and you admit that because you can't provide any specifics.

The States have always had the right to craft their own health care legislation...they still do...but now they also have to follow the Federal law as well.

You seem to forget that the Obama health care law as you may call it was not put in place as a law. Roberts called it a tax. A tax can be overturned by simple majority.

I know every Right Wing outlet is telling you this today...it's simply not true.

Roberts didn't declare the entire law a tax...he declared the penalty a tax. The law already had many taxes and tax code in it...in fact the penalty was always enforced as a tax.

Saying that the mandate is Constitutional because it is a tax does not magically convert the entire bill into a tax bill...no matter how many right wing talk shows tell you this.

It's so sad to see these things parroted over and over and over without the person putting one ounce of critical thought into it.

Those two things can mean the same thing. A law with 2700 pages that nobody in the entire government has ever read in its entirety!!!! Then, the SCOTUS re-writes it and says the mandate is a tax...or a penalty...As the white house mentioned...
