What happens when agencies are segregated from one another? We have a break in communication and intelligence. Shouldn't most of these agencies just
have been a branch(link) to the other? Looks as is the separation was done to cause a break in information!
Even in Iraq your infantry ,army & air-force had non compatible communications . The critical coms were done over the phone , & that caused major
delays .
The CIA is not allowed to operate on USA soil , the FBI is a nation wide police force.
Two different organizations with totally different objectives , why would they have a hand in hand relationship ?
Cooperation is definitely poor between all the intelligence communities, on purpose.

A-teams that are not under OMA's oversight/advisory that have conflicts with CIA's SOG.
