Megafault (movie)

It's a movie, so mostly fictional, but does center on the New Madrid fault. It also hits really close to home!! (Lexington KY).
Not a great movie but happens to be on Syfy at the moment.

Looks like typical Hollywood doom/gloom movie....

However, I remember last year FEMA was warning about the New Madrid fault line. They even did drills for the emergency response teams.

But not much from them about it this year. Guess that's good, huh...

Didn't they have one about 100 or so years ago that was extremely bad? Seemed like I remember they said it made the Mississippi River flow backwards.

Man, I can't imagine that nor would I want too. Spooky.....

Not to mention the number of people living along there now a days.

Well there goes my hometown of Lexington

It doesn't look like Lexington - where is the
blue grass and horse farms? I only saw
one quick clip that looked like a Lexington
building.

Born and raised there but have traveled all over -
moved to Indiana 2 years ago - I miss home.
I thought you were from Ky but wasn't sure
what town or city. How cool is that!

Downloading the movie right now - plan on
watching it tonight or tomorrow.
