Actually, the next X-37B mission will be the second flight of OTV-1. So far, they have demonstrated long-duration flight, use of the solar power system, thermal protection materials, autonomous landing, and other features. A re-flight of OTV-1 will demonstrate reusability.

I am wondering what type of turn around time this vehicle undergoes?

According to one spokesperson, 10-15 days or less if they need to.
