Under the agreement currently being advocated by the Obama administration, American corporations would continue to be subject to domestic laws and regulations on the environment, banking and other issues. But foreign corporations operating within the U.S. would be permitted to appeal key American legal or regulatory rulings to an international tribunal . That international tribunal would be granted the power to overrule American law and impose trade sanctions on the United States for failing to abide by its rulings.

The real question here is when is enought going to be enough. We're giving away our sovereignty on an almost daily basis. We have illegals competing for the scarce few jobs available, and we're giving foreign flag corporations sweetheart deals that put our own businesses at a competitive disadvantage.

You're going to have to wait for the convulsions to stop from Obama's announcement of granting work permits to deportees before your thread gets any attention. It's also being discussed extensively here, I think it could use a good discussion here as well though.
