Hi, my name is Cory and I was asked a very peculiar question in college today and know there are many intellectual people that use these forums.
We have to do a project on how hard carbon fiber is and how it relates to the war, here is my question.
If a military grade grenade explodes at the rate of 8,050 m/s. How deep or strong would the carbon fiber have to be for it to have no effect on a
person standing 5 feet away from it. (surrounding it on all sides)
I am not sure how strong carbon fiber is exactly, and that is wear I need you guys to help me.
Thank you
