there is a prophecy that Russia will anhilate Turkey when Turkey attacks Greece,Cyprus or Syria.Well I think we are soon going to see that and I believe that NATO will not intervene.It will sacrifice Turkey.Also the same prophecy said that the West will destroy islam.

Watch and learn. Those same images came out of Libya when the foreign fighters who fought for Kaddafi support fell. In the case of Iran's forces in Syria, they survive as long as Assad does. The people those forces were oppressing will go on a hunt, there is no doubt about it.
The Russians will secure their naval base, the Western forces will secure key infrastructure briefly, like airports. The border nations like Turkey and Israel will secure their borders. There will be no large foreign land army to keep the peace.
The Journalists will go back in and the images will come out of those who supported Assad being eliminated.
This is no fortune telling, this is the way these things always work out. Unless you think Assad is somehow special and has more power and influence in the world than Saddam or Kaddafi or Mubarak had, it is inevitable.

Do you know why? In WWII America sent hardware/goods to help Russia. To pay for it a ship full of silver/gold was sent to America. Supposedly the ship sank and never made port in America. So Stalin had to whip and enslave to get the coinage to pay America back.

Such delinquency at history is shameful. Stalin "purged" his armies and slaughtered his people well before Hitler attacked him. The policy continued during and after the war.

Sorry, you misunderstood my motivations for posting. I don't doubt that what will happen will happen in a way similar to that which you describe; I question your choice of metaphor. It's worrying when people talk about cartloads of dead people in such an off-hand way.

They will all be dead, no other way to play it out. They are radically trained troops on foreign soil with no way back home soon. That and with their support about to crumble they will be hunted down in the streets like the mercenaries were in Libya. LMAO, Mercenaries from Libya, surely your talking about the western sponsored mercenaries? There were NO mercenaries on Gaddafi's side. None. But that's what the entire brigades of the rebels were. Different groups of hired criminals and thugs. Have you no idea of the state of Libya right now? And how millions and millions came out on the streets to support Gaddafi.

Here is a mercenary and known Al Qaeda fighter from the rebel side. Abdel Hakim Belhadj...ever heard of him, former US POW responsible for NATO deaths in Afghanistan and US troops deaths in Iraq. He is the Military Commander of Tripoli now. And his brigade is now operating in Syria, has been since taking power in Libya.

All Syrians who aren't terrorists or criminals support Assad. Even people who didn't like him before, they know what the alternative is, like Libya, and are not going to accept it easily. Syria is also not Libya. It is roughly 1/10th the size and has 3 times the population. There isn't tonnes of open country for the rebels to hide and regroup while NATO bombs the sh*t out of everything in their way. Syria will clense their country of these terrorist rats.

I'd like to add that even though Gaddafi is gone, The NTC and rebels still don't have the entire country under their control. Bani Walid is green to this day! And Kufra in the south is another green zone. What you fail to grasp is that those fighting for gaddafi weren't fighting for him or his family. They were fighting for their way of life and their lives themselves. The Libyan rebels are a barbaric group of individuals, they assasinated and burned one of their former generals.

I suppose I should learn not to try to respond in a serious fashion to a member of the f##ked up five.There are 5 people on this board who apparently refuse to accept ANY facts or logic that doesn't gibe with their bash mobile trolling.They hate America like they were part of Al Quiada and they will not veer from attacking us.I have stated many times I was a cold war scout in the army as well as in D.Storm.So my opinion is based on training ,observation that is where I get my opinion and conjecture.What I am telling you is ,to me,true. The Russian forces are blunt instruments.they aren't a defensive force that would aid anyone.If they show up in Syria they would be crucified by the UN or kill the observers.
