I’m amused by the level of ignorance on ATS sometimes. I wonder which savior you’ll cry for if the US is not here! Who will the next demon be while you’re scrounging for food and can’t provide for your family on your “living wage” as set forth by your dictator??

Who is asking for US to be not there? All we are asking is for US to mind its own business. Too sentimental on people dying in Syria? before shedding anymore tears and spilling your make-up, please turn your feminine minded head and look towards Africa as to how many thousands die every single day out of starvation.

Double standards and stench of selfish interest............reeks of hatred and evilness!

You can’t keep your own story straight, Ma’am. What you said was “Hope Russia supplies more weapons to Syria and Iran” which tells me you don’t want US to be there.

No tears here…I don’t give a crap who dies in the ME as long as it isn’t my brothers.

Double standards and stench of selfish interest............reeks of hatred and evilness!

Your desire to see your fellow countrymen neutered by Russia and China is disgusting.

Shame on you!

Fortunately your desires are steeped in fantasy…it ain’t gonna happen!

The United States has gotten pretty much out of control in the past few years, if you look at any of the conflicts that we have been engaged in you find the same core issues or flaws, the reasons for invading, supporting or attacking have been manifested in an office building somewhere. The mainstream media refuses to cover the issues as they should be covered independently. And the American people are so comfortable in their lifestyles that they allow the government to keep going with this wanton political agenda. 9/11 + The "War" In Iraq were test for the American people, to see exactly how much bull# people might take before they react in a negative manner and so far the American people haven't reacted.

Fast forward to the present and several failed conflicts later and here we are eyeballing Syria. And now because the US people have failed to stop the excessive reach of the government. Now Russia and China have to be put on a collision course with America. The US has no interests in Syria, however it would be one step closer to Iran for an invasion that we know will probably happen in the next few months or years. And when Iran turns out to be another empty WMD chase as was Iraq, the media will flash a few pictures of how better off the people are, and we will eat that # up. Amusingly, Americans in general would be totally in shock if things spiraled out of control into a major conflict. They have no idea that what our country has and is doing has grossly overstepped our authority in the name of "National Security" that we are now standing on the toes of China and Russia.

To say East and West are heavily invested is true, however I think it comes down to enough is enough with America cramming its agenda down the throat of every third world hell hole between us and other world super powers.

Its legal to print propaganda in the media in the USA.

Defense Bill Legalizes US Propaganda
June 11, 2012

A new feature in the latest version of the National Defense Authorization Act would legalize U.S. government propaganda directed at the American people, with the belief that successful wars require domestic acceptance, writes Lawrence Davidson.

By Lawrence Davidson

The National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) is misnamed, since it has less to do with defense than offense. The offensive it wages is not just against a growing list of alleged enemies of the United States but also, from a constitutional perspective, against the rights of American citizens and residents.

Oh, God, not again.
We'll have to send Stingers again!

It takes time and quite a bit of skill and training to fly one of those suckers properly and use all of those buttons.
You think Russian pilots may be part of that shipment?

US: Russia sending Syria attack helicopters

www.wtop.com

WASHINGTON (AP) - The Obama administration said Tuesday that Russia is sending attack helicopters to Syrian President Bashar Assad's regime and warned that the Arab country's 15-month conflict could become even deadlier.

Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton said the U.S. was "concerned about the latest information we have that there are attack helicopters on the way from Russia to Syria."

It would be very easy for the russians/chinese to arm the drug cartels with heavy weapons and egg them to start mass ethnic cleansing and genocide in Texas.A part of family is ranchers and these drug cartels are trouble.

To be frank ,we should be not arming al qaeda.

What country are you from, Ma’am; seriously?

If you’re looking for peace in the world I’m positive you won’t find peace (or reason, or freedom, or prosperity) in two communist countries whose own people are starving to death and die trying to come to the US of A.

I’m amused by the level of ignorance on ATS sometimes. I wonder which savior you’ll cry for if the US is not here! Who will the next demon be while you’re scrounging for food and can’t provide for your family on your “living wage” as set forth by your dictator??

Meh….

Some of you can’t see past your own prejudice and hatred.

Talk about being ignorant, tell me how many Russians or Chinese people do you speak to? I speak to lots and guess what, they are not starving or dying to get into America at all, in fact the vast majority of them have very happy lives and are exceptionally nice people. America has over a 3rd of its people unable to survive, needing welfare just to eat because they can't afford to live of the crap wages there, so before you rant on about how hard it is in other countries take a good look at your own crap hole. The American imperialism has bankrupted the country and left its people bereft of any moral compass... One only has to look at people like you to see that. Or does a great and powerful nation have 40,000 homeless children running around the streets (New York) people like you are an embarrassment to the American people, rednecks married to their cousins.

And the US a saviour? A saviour of what? Banking corporations? Oil corporations and other top heavy conglomerates? Saviours of Zionism? Just what exactly are they the great saviours of? Perhaps you think they saved Europe during WW2? Hate to break it too you but actually it was the Russians who saved Europe.

Oh and by the way, Russia has not been communist in nearly 30 years, way to show you are not ignorant...

America bitching about Russia supplying arms is a bit rich really, very hypocritical considering they have been supplying the rebels with arms

Good on Russia and China for saying enough is enough to the USA

but actually it was the Russians who saved Europe.

For 1 Wehrmacth division in the West, there were 7 divisions fighting the Russians in the East.

For all the American and British killed in WWII, the equal number of Soviets died in Stalingrad alone.

Over the history, time and again it is Russia that has saved humanity from the Barbarians be it Genghiz Khan or Huns from the East or Nazis from the West. Russia has been the sponge that weakens or stops the flood of evilness.

This picture sums it up.

Average income in China = $3,738
Unemployment in China = 27%

Average income in US = $48,153
Unemployment in US = 14%

Who lives in poverty?

Still no Chinese are dying to reach the US. Those days were till the 1980s. Many Chinese would bribe good amounts to illegally slip into the US but soon they find themselves in slavery like situation being the illegals.

Situation in the rest of the world has improved by alot since they "finally" adopted the free market type of economy.

In all fairness, thanks to the US persistence. That's why 90% of US is cool and admirable, but 10% please try to clean your acts.

Neo, you of all people! Are you really believing the MSM on their reports that the rebels are there to help the country?

Especially after we destroyed Libya, and Egypt? They both seem worse now than before we went in.

I have to shamefully say, that I am glad Russia is calling our bluff and giving Hillary and Obama a few things to think about before they send more of our troops (in the name of the globalist banks) into another country to accomplish what??? More deaths, more false American Patriotism.............

I do agree that it might get ugly with Russia putting it's foot down, but if you also look at other MSM reports yesterday that say Russia is backing off, 1+1 is not equalling 2 anymore!

All I am saying, is be careful of the propaganda we are being fed. If I am not mistaken, didn't our government just pass a law or something that says it is okay for them to lie to us?

I am sure he would believe everything the mainstream media news outlets tell him i am sure he would believe the mainstream news outlet that the Serbs caused the Marketplace attack in Bosnia to.

I hope he will wake up from the mainstream brainwashing.

You really are clutching at straws arn't you?

Firstly the average pay for China is nearly $9000 not 3.7k, secondly their unemployment rate is 4.2% god knows where you got that ridiculous 27% from, BTW 4-5% unemployment is normal for a country in growth, see here China unemplyment rates

And it is all well and good quoting the average wage for the country, especially the US, when you have people earning fantastical amounts at the top, chief executives earning millions each year, you have to have an awful lot earning the lowest wage to balance it out and arrive at that income.

I know you are not too bright so I will explain it too you, the average income is NOT an indicator of normal wage within a country, it takes all income earned by everyone (Including the the elitist 1%) and then divides this by the total number of workers. However in a country where the top earn on average 380 times more than the normal worker within a company there is is a huge disparity and the figures are misleading. For example the chief execs pay over that last year has risen by an average of 11.6% while the normal workers wage has risen by just 0.2%. In other words, the top 1% got 93% of all growth in income while everyone else got screwed.

You carry on blowing your patriotic bugle, just don't forget to bend over and lube up first, it will be less painful that way
