Its odd though because if it was a new type of military technology- a drone even (seeing as there are clearly no windows) why not fly it to its destination? Honestly I have never seen any aircraft as a whole be transported by ground, maybe its the area I live in.. but to me it just doesn't sound common. I'm not an expert, but if this was man made, and unable to fly.. wouldn't they fix it so they could fly it to its destination? Or at least scrap it down to transportable parts? idk.. just me rambling.

Why throw it away when you can use it to your advantages now with the masses awaiting the "chosen" one? Religious institutions still hold more power than any government in this world. It's a business and throwing it away = major losses. You wanna know how to really freak people out? One word...JIHAD!, oh yeah...that gets the people going alright. It keeps them looking for that 'HOPE' if you get my drift.

if they can fly a space shuttle on the back of an airplane, and they don't want to let the public know about ufos why would they transport one, in broad daylight, and cover it to look even more like a classic disc?

If this was a space craft, it would be transported at night and it would be covered in a manner that would better conceal its shape. That is, if it was driven and not taken by another mode of transport designed to avoid having pictures taken along the route.

Because it has barely begun flight testing. It's a lot safer to transport it on a truck than to go from first flight yesterday, to flying across the country, including populated areas today. You'd be surprised how many manned aircraft fuselages and parts are transported by truck to their final assembly areas. I know of a trucking company that hauls a mostly complete F/A-18 Hornet fuselage from LA to St Louis every week. This is NOT a completed drone that's on the truck. It's just the center fuselage portion, no wings, and probably no engines or other components are installed.

The other reason is that there are very few regulations for flying drones through busy airspace right now. Until the avoidance technology is more common and more advanced, it's safer to NOT be flying them through busy airspace.

Why transport a UFO in the first place. It would be more convenient to build it at its 'launch' site/Testing ground.


I contradict myself by saying: TPTB surely believe in a deity with all their symbolism and rituals. Just not the same deity religious institutions claim to worship. E.T?.

Wouldn't it just be easy to cut off the bulk of the escort then, just speed up ahead of them and get in front?
With a truck or a lorry you could cut off whatever the police are escorting easily, rather than if it was in front then you'd cut off the escort with all the police still with it?
Sorry, went off topic a bit with that but it doesn't make sense to me.

Anyway, Zaphod58 prolly has the right of it.

I did some further research, after talking with a friend from Maryland and they said there was a Navy Drone that had crashed in the marshes near Salisbury. Maybe this is a part of that drone, since it definately doesn't look at all like the entire thing.

No, different aircraft. What was on the truck was the X-47B, what crashed yesterday was an RQ-4 Global Hawk.

You got it, the step-son passed it in Bridgeport (where Northrop Grumman and Lockheed both have
hangars), and I showed him those exact videos, and he said that was exactly the same aircraft.

He doesn't know if they turned off at the airport exit or not though, he already passed the truck
and escorts.

I was hoping they'd put it together and fly it out this way.....

Had the wife look at the picture, (she grew up around the area) the truck has already exited I-79 at the
Anmore exit.

The 3 exits to get to the Bridgeport airport the best are:

1) Anmore
2) Emily Drive (Downtown, so not so good for bigger trucks)
3) Jerry Dove Drive

All this sounds like it's going to Northop's facilities there.
I have to go to Grafton today, so I'll take a side trip to the backside of the airport.

For those keeping score at home: ironically enough, across from the airport at Jerry Dove Dr.
is the Clarksburg/Bridgeport FBI building...........
have fun with that one.....

The object in the OP was the second X-47B unmanned air vehicle. As with the first X-47B, the wings were removed and the drone was transported by truck to the Navy test site at Patuxent River, Maryland. It departed Edwards Air Force Base, California, early on the morning of May 31. According to one of my contacts in the X-47B test program, it had reached the Oklahoma/Kansas state line by June 5.

Unmanned aircraft are not flown across the country because there are currently too many restrictions of flying such vehicles through the national airspace. Also, this is an experimental vehicle that is only flown under highly controlled test conditions.
