Nano Technology Scientist Jianyu Huang pleads not guilty of stealing or espionage.

This is not the first nor will it be the last time it happens but based on some (not all) of the major advancements and milestones achieved by the Chinese in the Military technologies, it is very very questionable as per how much R&D information has been transferred to China over the past 2 decades. The news is about 4 to 5 days old.

A former scientist at Sandia National Labs in New Mexico has pleaded not guilty to charges of stealing research to share with China.
