Crusades are the first to pop up though mostly it was about controlling the middle east and trade routes for financial benefits. The Catholic Crusades were about money.
Now I seem a little stuck for wars
The Spanish inquisition though not technically a war or a Christian inspired action.
Again it was based on financial control and political domination. Like the Crusades it was Catholic inspired and totaly unchristian in ethics.

Protestant Catholic war or thirty year war, Catholics were losing control over major parts of Europe to the Protestants who were anti Catholic, so the Catholics started to fight to keep control, turned into a messy power struggle, not very religious but Christianity was used to motivate people. Political more than Christian.

Spain invaded South America and suggested they were evangelising the locals for Catholicism, (recurring theme?) but again that seems to be more a money grab than anything remotely Christian in nature.

This is messed up, in my opinion.

Religions, ALL of them, are written by MAN, inspired by MAN, edited by MAN, and peddled by MAN and believed by FOOLS. Fools who refuse to study their religions origins and question their religious texts.

Of all things around us, religion is the LEAST of that which originates from a divine higher power or "god".

The Christians are the real threat. Anyone who doesn't know that...Isn't paying attention.

Now now ... Protestants did their fair share of killing in the name of protestantism too.
It's just that it's been around a lot shorter of a time so they had a late start.

For the most part, Christianity has evolved. The countries with majority christians in them have secular laws to keep any extremists under control. The same can't be said for the Islamic nations. Heck .. The Saudi gov't actually finances the extremists. (they feed the croc so it bites them last)

I don't support any religion in any way, shape, or form...

but...

Those verses have a much deeper meaning then what you believe they say... You have to understand him and what he taught to understand the more complicated passages

For example...

Luke 14:26
If any man come to me, and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple.

This does not mean you must hate your parents and family as many people who do not understand Jesus assume...

This is an exhortation to his followers not to follow the ways of the flesh...

This passage clears up the misunderstanding...

John 7

7 The world cannot hate you; but me it hateth, because I testify of it, that the works thereof are evil.

And in another passage he states "one can not serve two masters"

It's interesting to me that you didn't quote anything from the New Testament to show that Christianity is violent—just examples from history; where it could even be argued that those people weren't following Christian teaching and/or hijacked Christianity for political reasons.

Oh really? Over 20K Americans convert to Islam could you please show me where Islam is killing people here in America to force them to accept Islam?

You are doing nothing but picking parts of different hadiths of the Qur'an to serve your viewpoints I could do the same thing with the Bible or the Torah. Even if you like it or not Muslims are allowed to defend themselves as long as they are not the aggressors. Because God hates aggressors.

Jesus condemns entire cities to dreadful deaths and to the eternal torment of hell because they didn't care for his preaching. Mathew 11:20-24

Jesus tells us what he has planned for those that he dislikes. They will be cast into an "everlasting fire." Mathew 25:41

Jesus says that entire cities will be violently destroyed and the inhabitants "thrust down to hell" for not "receiving" his disciples. Luke 10:10-15

Jesus says that we should fear God since he has the power to kill us and then torture us forever in hell. Luke 12:5

Jesus believes people are crippled by God as a punishment for sin. He tells a crippled man, after healing him, to "sin no more, lest a worse thing come unto thee." John 5:14 What about babies born crippled?

The bloody death of Jesus smelled good to God. Ephesians 5:2

Jesus says that God is like a slave-owner who beats his slaves "with many stripes." Luke 12:46-47

Peter and God scare Ananias and his wife to death for not forking over all of the money that they made when selling their land. Acts 5:1-10

Homosexuals (those "without natural affection") and their supporters (those "that have pleasure in them") are "worthy of death." Romans 1:31-32

God will not forgive anyone unless something is killed for him in a bloody manner. Thessalonians 9:13-22

God will set the entire earth on fire so that he can burn non-believers to death. Peter 3:7

Peter claims that Deuteronomy 18:18-19 refers to Jesus, saying that those who refuse to follow him (all non-Christians) must be killed. Acts 3:23

Islam was never about forcing non Muslims to convert. They were much too lucrative a source of jizyah tax for the Muslim overlords to do that.

The second part is how you can avoid the issues.

Do you know how much money is spent on psychological issues such as the above? Enough to warrant entire articles, movies and books apparently. While they could be avoided by a little understanding of Matthew 10:34-39.

With that being said when is the last time you heard of a Christian or catholic or Jew throwing acid into little girls faces or beating and torturing women in the streets of burying men and women in the dirt and throwing stones at their heads until they die because of adultery or blowing up class rooms full of little girls or poisoning the water supplies of school children or tracking down four women and scalding them With water before murdering them because they were dancing and singing at a wedding or raping young virgin women before their execution because they can't die a virgin or selling their young daughters to pedophiles to save a family's honor.

I could go on for ten more pages about modern islamic barbarism. The op def listed valid historical examples of Christian and catholic aggression. But that is the past.

And truthfully if these ass backwards cavemen want to act like this in THEIR country then so be it.
